• Serve as the primary point of contact for Territory Managers and customers, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries
• Process customer orders through internal systems and ensure accuracy by contacting customers for necessary adjustments
• Promote customer engagement by highlighting ongoing promotions and opportunities for upselling
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales performance and maintain order guides
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem resolution abilities
• Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

• Experience in food service distribution preferred
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly
