On‑target earnings: Year 1: $110,000–$120,000 with potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2: $120,000–$140,000. Base salary: $56,000.

• Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses
