REMOTE Licensed Commercial Insurance​/Inbound Sales Consultant

• Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations
• Consult on small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Bonds
• Collaborate effectively with a high‑performing sales team to achieve sales goals
• Manage desk operations while ensuring timely outcomes for customers
• Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with eligibility to hold a full license in the resident state and 48 non‑resident states
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• High‑speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100 MB download/10 MB upload
