• Achieve sales goals in SaaS, software, hardware, and training focused on K-12 school food service
• Generate and qualify leads through various lead‑generation activities, including cold calling
• Conduct product demonstrations online and in person as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional food service management companies
• Maintain prospect account data and forecasting in Salesforce

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Three to four years of related sales experience and/or training
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various audiences
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workplace Apps, Microsoft 365, and other business applications

• Familiarity with industry practices and procedures in the K-12 School Food Service Industry
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, timelines, and metrics
• Ability to influence decisions and behaviors effectively
• Aptitude for numbers, writing, editing, and proofreading
