• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls from new and existing customers seeking personal lines insurance solutions.
• Gather detailed information to provide tailored insurance proposals based on the caller’s unique needs.
• Manage high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding client service while driving sales performance in a performance‑driven environment.

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or insurance experience.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to think, talk, and type efficiently while engaging with customers.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Liberty Lake, WA office; position is hybrid requiring both in‑office and remote work.
• High school diploma (college preferred).
• Ability to obtain required resident and non‑resident insurance licenses.
• Ability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours.

$58,000–$65,000 expected first‑year total compensation.

$45,000 base salary + uncapped monthly sales incentive.

Base salary differential for certified bilingual Spanish speakers.

• Unlicensed training begins March 23, 2026 & licensed training begins April 6, 2026.
• Training hours Monday to Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm PST.
• Hybrid schedule: 7 am–7 pm Monday–Friday, 7 am–5 pm Saturday–Sunday.
• Qualified candidates available to work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in office & work from home on Monday and Friday.

Liberty Lake, WA; must reside within 50 miles of the Liberty Lake, WA office; role is hybrid requiring both in‑office and remote work.
