- Manage desk effectively while delivering timely outcomes to customers
- Operate with a customer‑focused approach, providing tailored insurance solutions
- Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
- Must be eligible to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non‑resident states
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell effectively
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Call center experience valued
- Competitive nature and strong desire to win
- Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
