- Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
- Previous call center experience is valued
- Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Experience in negotiating and selling complex insurance policies
- Familiarity with desk management and organizational skills
