Position: REMOTE Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales Consultant

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations
  • Consult on various small business lines coverage such as Business Owner's Policy, Workers Compensation, and more
  • Collaborate effectively within a high‑performing sales culture to meet customer needs
  • Manage desk responsibilities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
  • Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to write profitable business on complex risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
  • Previous call center experience is valued
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
