What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants, and providing coverage consultations to small business owners
• Consult on various small business lines of coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
• Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
• Manage desk operations while delivering timely outcomes to customers
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach to provide tailored insurance solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment
