Position: REMOTE Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales Consultant

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants
  • Provide coverage consultation for small business owners, including various insurance lines
  • Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks
  • Manage desk responsibilities while delivering timely outcomes to customers

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active commercial Property & Casualty license required for application
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
  • Call center experience is valued
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
