REMOTE Licensed Commercial Insurance​/Inbound Sales Consultant

• Manage inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
• Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
• Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to write profitable business on complex risks
• Prioritize and manage desk responsibilities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
• Operate with a customer‑focused approach, delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet business owners' needs

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell challenging messages
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Competitive nature and strong desire to win
• Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• High‑speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100 MB download/10 MB upload
