- Operate with a customer‑focused approach, delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet business owners' needs
- Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
- Call center experience is valued
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell challenging messages
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive nature and strong desire to win
- Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- High‑speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100 MB download/10 MB upload
