- Analyze market dynamics and trends to support brand and corporate objectives
- Participate in industry-related congresses, local meetings, and medical conferences to enhance sales success
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology and/or ENT market
- Proven track record of success in complex markets across diverse customer segments
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance in sales practices
- Experience in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology markets
- Demonstrated competitive spirit and strong sales performance
- Passion for science and proactive learning related to disease states and treatment options
- Ability to connect work to overarching brand strategies
