- Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with commercial goals and sales leadership priorities
- Lead and coach an enablement team focused on seller readiness and onboarding
- Design and implement global onboarding programs to equip Sales and Pre Sales teams with necessary skills
- Champion standardized sales methodologies and integrate them into CRM workflows
- Oversee the creation and governance of sales content, tools, and resources
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven success in leading global enablement programs for complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of enterprise solution selling and methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN
- Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience in building onboarding and continuous learning programs at scale
- Experience in procurement, source-to-pay, supply chain, or related enterprise domains
- Familiarity with selling to higher education, public sector, manufacturing, or regulated industries
- Hands‑on experience with LMS and sales enablement platforms
- Experience supporting both direct and partner/channel sales teams
