We’re seeking motivated and experienced sales professionals who are passionate about clean energy and have a proven track record in sales.

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in in‑home sales
• Experience in solar sales is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self‑driven with a passion for exceeding targets
• Reliable transportation
• Leadership qualities and a customer‑focused approach

• Promote and sell solar energy systems to homeowners with a focus on single‑family residences
• Conduct in‑home presentations and close sales
• Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and dispel common myths
• Work towards closing 5‑10 residential solar installations monthly with a conversion rate of 15‑25% from qualified leads
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and expand your customer base
• Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage leads and track your progress
