Channel Account Manager Copiers REMOTE ( Mid-West)
Our client, a leading provider of digital imaging solutions, is looking for a Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and experience in developing strategies with key decision-makers to drive sales.
This is a full-time virtual/remote position with an expected salary range of $70,-, annually. The position is commission eligible based on a 65/35 split.
Responsibilities- Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision-makers in the dealer sales channel and end users
- Act as the face of the company, fostering business relationships with assigned dealers and offices
- Communicate effectively with Fortune customers, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical analysis
- Assist dealer sales channel and end users with technical knowledge for analysis and recommended solutions
- Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, and related support
- Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support
- Coordinate product launches and updates with dealer sales channel
- Manage certain events and trade shows
- Resolve routine issues following company policies and procedures
- Have in-depth knowledge of company products and services
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience in copier sales/A3 market required
- Preferred experience in B2B retail sales, face-to-face customer interactions, and copier dealers/manufacturers
- CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- 5+ years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience
- Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:
- PROFESSIONAL SELLING IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SIMULATION
- FIELD SALES SIMULATION
- TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION
- SALES MANUFACTURING (TM): OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT SIMULATION
- STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION
- SALES COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES SIMULATION
- Expected travel of over 75% in the Northeast or Mid-West
