Channel Account Manager Copiers REMOTE ( Mid-West)

Our client, a leading provider of digital imaging solutions, is looking for a Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and experience in developing strategies with key decision-makers to drive sales.

This is a full-time virtual/remote position with an expected salary range of $70,-, annually. The position is commission eligible based on a 65/35 split.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision-makers in the dealer sales channel and end users
  • Act as the face of the company, fostering business relationships with assigned dealers and offices
  • Communicate effectively with Fortune customers, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical analysis
  • Assist dealer sales channel and end users with technical knowledge for analysis and recommended solutions
  • Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, and related support
  • Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support
  • Coordinate product launches and updates with dealer sales channel
  • Manage certain events and trade shows
  • Resolve routine issues following company policies and procedures
  • Have in-depth knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience in copier sales/A3 market required
  • Preferred experience in B2B retail sales, face-to-face customer interactions, and copier dealers/manufacturers
  • CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • 5+ years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience
  • Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:
  • PROFESSIONAL SELLING IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SIMULATION
  • FIELD SALES SIMULATION
  • TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION
  • SALES MANUFACTURING (TM): OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT SIMULATION
  • STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION
  • SALES COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES SIMULATION
  • Expected travel of over 75% in the Northeast or Mid-West
