• Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
• Follow up with members and insureds while prospecting for new business
• Inspect documentation and resolve membership and insurance issues using discretion and independent judgment
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Must be able to attend in‑person training in Independence, OH
• Must reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Computer experience and strong organizational skills
• High school diploma is required; college degree is a plus

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License
• Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to building a profitable business
