We are looking for motivated, licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who can manage a 70+ loan pipeline. As a remote officer you will receive warm leads from our state‑of‑the‑art technology and marketing systems and work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

• Receive approximately 10–15+ warm transfers daily from our contact center; the more loans you close, the more leads you receive.
• Lock the loan at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package—no need to set up the loan.
• Follow up with borrowers after initial docs are received to complete the remaining steps.
• Full‑time management support and a dedicated admin team handle most of the administrative work.
• Multiple loan processors will work with you to take the loan to the finish line, allowing you to focus on new originations.

• NMLS SAFE ACT compliant and holding state licenses.
• Ability to work approximately 40–45 hours per week.
• Quick connection to clients via phone presentation and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable in a super fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners, and teammates.
• Ambitious professional motivated by advancement opportunities.
• We pay for state license renewals.

• Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus for high‑treatment callers.
• Very aggressive compensation plan: base salary plus commissions (no draw).
• Higher compensation for self‑generated business.

• Three administrators per officer to assist with application, deal packaging, and conditions.
