- Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales culture
- Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions to meet each business owner’s needs
- Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with the ability to hold a full license in the resident state and 48 non-resident states
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
- Call center experience is valued
- Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills for challenging messages
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
- Demonstrated solid time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a metric-driven, pay-for-performance sales environment
