Position: REMOTE Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales Consultant

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants, and providing coverage consultations to small business owners
  • Consult on various small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Professional Liability
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales culture
  • Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions to meet each business owner’s needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with the ability to hold a full license in the resident state and 48 non-resident states
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
  • Call center experience is valued
  • Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills for challenging messages
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
