• Market the employer's suite of products and services to protocol teams and token issuers globally
• Provide exceptional sales and relationship management for token issuers
• Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for protocol‑specific products
• Collaborate with senior team members to generate and pursue leads
• Maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with a portfolio of VIP global clients

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the crypto industry or traditional finance
• Strong passion for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and commitment to staying current on trends
• Excellent team collaboration skills, capable of working across various functions
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive for results without the need for micromanagement
• Strong verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex subjects

• Experience leading the go‑to‑market strategy for a token launch at a crypto protocol
• Previous sales experience at a competing custodian, exchange, or crypto trading platform
• Background in traditional financial institutions
• Experience in sell‑side investment banking
