- Drive net new business by creating and managing sales opportunities from prospecting to close
- Maintain an organized pipeline of high-velocity opportunities and ensure accurate close dates
- Collaborate internally with key departments to enhance client experience and support processes
- Provide proactive support and coaching to fellow Account Executives in their sales processes
- Efficiently address and follow up on potential client inquiries and questions
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in related SaaS sales
- Proven success in building relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to qualify opportunities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
- Previous remote work experience is considered an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and meet targets consistently
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
