What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive net new business by creating and managing sales opportunities from prospecting to close
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of high-velocity opportunities and ensure accurate close dates
  • Collaborate internally with key departments to enhance client experience and support processes
  • Provide proactive support and coaching to fellow Account Executives in their sales processes
  • Efficiently address and follow up on potential client inquiries and questions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in related SaaS sales
  • Proven success in building relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to qualify opportunities effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Previous remote work experience is considered an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and meet targets consistently
  • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
