Position: CTE Regional Specialist, California (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute an effective CTE sales strategy in collaboration with the Secondary Education team
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level administrators at state and district levels
  • Lead customer meetings and sales discussions to close new business and retain existing clients
  • Own the sales pipeline and monitor customer activities against sales goals
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals for CTE offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of five years of K12 sales experience, preferably in vocational and technical training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments
  • Strong C-level consulting and partnering skills, with established relationships at district and state levels
  • Proficient in digital platforms including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel overnight 35% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Managerial experience and experience mentoring others
  • Proven major-account sales ability in educational publishing or related fields
  • Familiarity with digital sales products/applications
  • Experience in technical and occupational education
  • CRM experience
