Rolling Suds is a residential and commercial power washing company serving the greater Columbus, GA area. We deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services with fast turnaround times and exceptional customer care. As we grow, we are looking for motivated, community-connected individuals to help us expand our footprint.

We are hiring a 1099 Independent Sales Representative to generate and close leads for power washing services. This role is ideal for someone already working in the home services or commercial services industry—such as landscaping, pest control, HVAC, painting, property maintenance, or real estate—who wants to earn significant extra income with full flexibility.

This is a true commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales role as our territory grows.

• Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial power washing services
• Leverage your existing network and industry relationships to source new opportunities
• Conduct on-site evaluations and provide estimates (training provided)
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth scheduling
• Represent Rolling Suds professionally in the field and within your network

• Currently working in or connected to the home or commercial services world (ideal)
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Great with people—professional, reliable, and customer‑focused
• Experience in sales or client‑facing roles preferred
• Ability to perform simple onsite assessments (we train)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• 100% commission‑based with uncapped earnings
• Average residential job: ~$400
• Average commercial job: ~$1,500
