Event Marketer – Renewal by Andersen of Washington

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and motivated individual to represent the most trusted family of window brands in America. You will engage with the community and set qualified appointments for our Design Consultants.

• Great Pay:
  Guaranteed base of $20/hour.
• Bonus & Commission:
  Earn $25–$35 for every qualified appointment set, plus a 0.5% commission on the final sale.

  Work at home shows, fairs, and retail locations – indoors and outdoors.

  Mileage and drive time reimbursed for events more than 20 miles/30 minutes away.

• Engage the community:
  Start conversations with homeowners at local events and retail sites.
• Set appointments:
  Focus on booking qualified consultations for our Design Consultants.

  Use conversational agility to address customer needs and build trust authentically.

  Participate in coaching and role‑playing to sharpen skills and increase bonus potential.

• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.

$20/hr + bonuses + commission.
