Overview
Luminous Travels is now looking for remote based Travel Coordinators. We are accepting applications for both experienced and inexperienced agents. If you are a self starter, have a strong passion for helping people, and can provide exceptional customer service and sales, we want to talk to you!
We work with multiple vendors across the world to help you provide the best customized package for our clients! You get to choose which destinations you will specialize in!
As Travel Coordinator you have the ability to set your own hours. We provide you with all the professional development training and support necessary to help you.
Agent Qualifications- General Knowledge of the destinations you would like to specialize in
- Ambitious
- Highly motivated and dedicated to investing time and effort.
- Time Management Skills
- Must be comfortable working online.
- Strong communication and written skills
- Open to traveling without your family for on-site training opportunities.
- Prior sales experience is a plus!
- IATA cards for qualifying agents
- Coverage under our E&O insurance policy
- Lead Generator through Travel Leaders Network
- Training provided directly by our vendors.
- FAM (familiarization) trip opportunities with the agency trip opportunities with specific suppliers
- A fun working environment where you can do what you love surrounded by a supportive group of agents!
