• Call and follow up with warm leads who've shown interest in bathroom renovations.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and project goals.
• Schedule design consultations and estimate appointments for our sales team.
• Manage lead activity in CRM software, keeping all notes and updates organized.
• Support the office team with light administrative or scheduling tasks as needed.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with all clients.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills (phone and written).
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or scheduling tools.
• Positive attitude and commitment to hitting weekly call and booking goals.
• Quiet home workspace and stable internet connection.

• $8 to $10/hour USD base pay +
