Responsibilities- Client Engagement:
Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored advice. - Account Management:
Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. - Sales Strategy:
Implement effective sales techniques to drive growth and achieve sales targets. - Policy Design:
Develop and propose customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. - Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to improve client portfolios by offering additional coverage options. - Continuous Growth:
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
- Licensing:
An active Virginia Property & Casualty License is highly preferred. - Experience:
Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-focused environment is beneficial. - Communication
Skills:
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade clients. - Customer Focused: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a drive to meet or exceed client expectations.
