- Manage and coach district clinical employees through field visits, meetings, and telephone contacts
- Ensure coordinated sales and clinical efforts across the district, driving clinical efficiencies
- Oversee the training and development of Clinical Specialists in product and competitive knowledge
- Document performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as necessary
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and HR to recruit and hire top candidates
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and processes effectively
- Strong understanding of clinical coverage requirements and local customer base
- Experience in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services, or related areas in the medical device industry
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- 1+ years of directly related experience with the employer
- Previous Clinical Specialist level or higher experience
- Previous people management experience
- Demonstrated change leader with business acumen
- Successful career record showing promotions and increasing responsibilities
