What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and coach district clinical employees through field visits, meetings, and telephone contacts
  • Ensure coordinated sales and clinical efforts across the district, driving clinical efficiencies
  • Oversee the training and development of Clinical Specialists in product and competitive knowledge
  • Document performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and HR to recruit and hire top candidates
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and processes effectively
  • Strong understanding of clinical coverage requirements and local customer base
  • Experience in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services, or related areas in the medical device industry
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 1+ years of directly related experience with the employer
  • Previous Clinical Specialist level or higher experience
  • Previous people management experience
  • Demonstrated change leader with business acumen
  • Successful career record showing promotions and increasing responsibilities
