• Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales and client-facing sales teams
• Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions with their needs
• Respond to technical inquiries regarding product features from customers and partners
• Provide feedback to product management for enhancements based on customer insights
• Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation while supporting marketing events

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Proficiency with the Service Now platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
• Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
• Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building
• Ability to engage with challenging customers and maintain attention to detail

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Familiarity with both State and Local Government operations
• Well-organized with strong time management skills
• Willingness to travel as necessary
