Sales Representative II, Spine - Iowa , IA

• Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders for Medtronic Spinal and Biologics products from medical professionals
• Maintain and manage inventory of consignment and loaner products across multiple accounts
• Provide case coverage and customer support based on individual client needs
• Prepare and submit reports on field visits as required by the District Sales Manager
• Actively pursue new customer relationships and maintain awareness of competitive conditions within the territory

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences; or
• Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory

• Experience working in an operating room setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
• Previous experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or operating room environments
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
• Familiarity with Medtronic products and services
