- Create and manage a sales pipeline aligned with profit targets
- Minimum of 5 years of advanced sales experience in a technology or services environment
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and emerging AI technologies
- Proven track record of solution‑based selling and sales over‑achievement
- Advanced experience in selling complex solutions to C‑Level clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Degree in a Technical or Sales field is preferred but not essential
- Certified in industry‑relevant structured sales methodologies and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with partner programs, incentives, and certifications
- Advanced experience in resolving a wide range of issues creatively
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction on daily tasks
