We are hiring a skilled B2B Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage key business accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and providing tailored solutions that drive success. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client goals
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor account performance and address issues promptly and effectively

Provide regular updates and proactive communication to clients

  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a B2B Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
