Territory Sales Representative
As a Territory Sales Representative at Supply Doc, you will drive profitable revenue growth by developing, managing, and expanding relationships with dental practices within an assigned territory. The role focuses on consistent outreach, strategic account development, and positioning Supply Doc as a long‑term partner.

Key Responsibilities- Build a “practice partner” mindset with doctors and staff by understanding their operational and business needs
- Present and consult on dental supplies, equipment, technology, and service solutions
- Coordinate product demonstrations and educate customers on features, benefits, ROI, and available tax advantages
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
- Maintain accurate records related to prospects, customer activity, orders, and sales performance
- Manage and grow a defined territory through regular, proactive office visits and follow‑ups
- Perform other duties related to territory sales and account development
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred
- Dental industry experience (3+ years) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong initiative with excellent planning, organization, and customer service skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory

This is a remote position which provides a base salary and commission on dental supplies and equipment.
