Position: Enterprise Technology Sales: AI & Migration (Northeast, United States - Remote)

Enterprise Technology Sales: AI & Migration (Remote, Northeast, United States)

Growth Acceleration Partners is looking for a consultative sales professional to drive adoption of our AI‑first modernization solutions.

Pay Range: $250,000 – $300,000 per year (base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities). Locations:
Mid‑Atlantic or Northeast (Virginia or northern U.S.) Remote roles are available.

  • Role Overview: Sell transformative AI‑driven migration solutions and complementary engineering services to enterprise decision makers, navigating complex buying committees.
  • Must‑Have

    Experience:

    10+ years in enterprise technology sales, selling to CIO/CTO and technical architects, with consistent quota attainment.
  • Preferred Background: Legacy application modernization expertise, Microsoft partner or cloud migration experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a consultative sales approach, articulating the strategic value of our AI‑driven migration solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers for budget approval.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery managers, engineering, and marketing to provide seamless client experiences and expand account revenue.
  • Champion and sell our broader portfolio of services to existing and new clients, maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling.
Qualifications
  • Track record of enterprise technology sales, selling to CIOs and platform leaders.
  • Hunter DNA – built pipeline from scratch, prospecting, competitive displacement, and winning net‑new logos.
  • Comfort with 6‑8 month sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude – understand AI transformations of legacy code and explain in business terms.
  • Intellectual flexibility – adapt approach to each buyer.
  • 10+ years of proven success – specific examples of deals won through persistence, creativity, and deep customer understanding.

  • Direct experience selling legacy application modernization platforms/tools.
  • Background in the Microsoft partner ecosystem or cloud migration partnerships.
  • Success in manufacturing, financial services, or insurance verticals.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise CIOs at 30+ year old companies.

Within your first year you’ll master our GAP Velocity AI solutions and build a strong pipeline. By year three, successful individuals often advance to senior roles managing strategic accounts or transition into sales management positions.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in consultative enterprise sales, selling technology services, modernization, or AI‑driven solutions.
  • Proven track record selling to CIO or technical executive personas.
  • Enterprise‑grade sales process experience (MEDDIC, BANT, Command of the Message, or similar).
  • Basic experience or familiarity with technical debt, platform modernization, or legacy system challenges.
  • Demonstrated grit and persistence in navigating long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time supporting the Northeast, United States.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
