• Minimum of four years of insurance sales or related experience

• Proven relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory

• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation or willingness to pursue
• Experience utilizing digital sales tools and conducting agency diagnostics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to meet sales goals effectively
