What You Will Do as a Sales Development Representative (SDR):

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth and enhance brand visibility by engaging directly with end-user organizations in the workwear apparel industry. This role focuses on building relationships with mid-market companies (25-100 wearers), qualifying leads, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and foster long-term customer partnerships.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Proactively engage mid-market end users via outbound channels (phone, email, Linked In, etc.) toidentifynew opportunities and introduce Workwear Outfitters'managed uniform solutions.
  • Qualifyinbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet program criteria before scheduling discovery calls, prioritizing sales efforts for maximum impact.
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers, setting appointments, and tracking progress through the sales cycle.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions and engagement activities in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), ensuring data hygiene and effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, follow up on past wins for renewals, and promote new product additions to existing programs.
  • Present anddemonstratemanaged uniform program solutions, uncover business needs, and position Workwear Outfitters as a trusted partner.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedbacktosales leadership.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates welcome.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (uniforms/apparel industry experiencea plus).
  • Proven ability to build andmaintainstrong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confidentpresentingoverphone, video, and in person.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and digital outreach tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
