Join our team as a Senior Account Executive, Self‑Funded, responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and implementing new group business in self‑insured markets. You will develop and maintain key business relationships, serve as a visible representation of Providence Health & Services in a complex marketplace, and work consultatively with producers and consultants to maximize cross‑selling opportunities.

• Generate and establish new group self‑insured business opportunities.
• Preserve and grow existing client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Provide training and productivity support to producers and consultants.
• Facilitate cross‑selling of Workplace Health Services to enhance penetration.
• Collaborate with top‑tier brokers and consultants to deliver innovative solutions to large employers (2,500 + employees).
• Manage an assigned territory, traveling weekly as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health‑plan commercial group benefits.
• 10+ years of successful insurance industry sales, including fully insured and self‑insured experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; willingness to drive as part of the role.

• Experience selling self‑insured business and complex benefit/financial structures.
• Current Health Insurance Producer License for Washington State or Oregon.

• This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and tied to a location and compensation range in Portland, Oregon.
• The role is remote; however applicants must live within a 25‑30‑mile daily commute of Portland or Seattle.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory on a weekly basis is required.

Remote; daily commute within 25‑30 miles of Portland or Seattle. Office base: 4400 NE Halsey St, Portland, OR (Providence Health Plaza).

Base pay range: $48.27–$76.22 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
