What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for ILSCO/ERICO Brands
  • Lead product training programs and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling
  • Manage quotes, pricing, and sales metrics to ensure profitability and demand creation

    Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners, serving as a customer advocate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical product sales experience, preferably in electrical or industrial markets
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work remotely and travel 60% of the time, with a valid driver's license
  • High level of organizational and time management skills, working with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in B2B industrial or electrical product sales
  • Familiarity with channel sales and distribution networks
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline or applicable experience in technical sales
