The Client Engagement Executive seeks new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with leads and converting them into clients. This role involves travel, client‑facing interactions, and meetings over time. As an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate with other executives, and previous commercial leadership experience is considered a plus, with opportunities for future leadership roles for top performers.
What You’ll Do- Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
- Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in‑person meetings.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Minimum of 5 years B2B field sales experience targeting U.S. clientele.
- Proven results of closing deals and developing long‑term relationships with clients.
- Experience hunting new clients, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Must be located in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY.
- Experience selling staff augmentation services (on‑site or offshore).
- Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes, and roles.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.
