Territory Sales Representative – Healthcare and GBC (General Building Cleaning) (f/m/d)

We are seeking an energetic Territory Sales Representative to drive sales of differentiated cleaning systems in Healthcare and General Building Cleaning markets across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The role involves direct sales to end‑users and distributors, with approximately 55% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Operate from a home office in the GTA, working roughly 55% travel, covering Toronto, Markham, Barrie, Sudbury, Scarborough, Oshawa, Cobourg.
  • Drive strategic growth by developing and executing territory plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct direct sales activities with Healthcare and GBC accounts, expanding market presence and promoting Vileda Professional systems through consultative selling.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for key end‑users and distributor partners, building strong, multi‑level relationships to drive sales performance and align with profitability goals.
  • Identify high‑volume opportunities for new product development and innovation.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales to end‑users, with a strong understanding of key end‑user groups such as healthcare laundries, hospitals, long‑term care programs, managed services, linen/GPO distribution programmes, and cleaning supply distribution.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with cleaning tools or systems (healthcare preferred). Comfortable with cold sales and new customer development, and able to sell added‑value products.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills with an awareness of business opportunities through analytical and creative thinking.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously, creating individual action plans and maintaining a positive attitude.
