, part of a global excipient manufacturer with headquarters in Switzerland and operations across Europe, is seeking to add a Technical Project Development Associate to its North American team in Shelbyville, KY
. This is a customer‑facing, highly mobile role supporting the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. The position offers an entry point into a regulated, science‑driven market with hands‑on exposure to formulation projects, client meetings, and international industry events.

• Support customers across North America through onsite visits, technical discussions, and project coordination
• Attend major industry trade shows and conferences
• Manage customer projects from sample request to trial execution
• Collaborate with internal sales, R&D, and regulatory teams
• Maintain CRM activity and project reporting
• Independently organize travel and visit schedules

• Frequent travel (approx. 100–150 client interactions per year)
• Base location:
  Shelbyville, KY (home office/remote flexibility)
• High autonomy and responsibility in planning and executing field and project activities

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional in science, business, or engineering
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel
• Self‑organized, responsible, and eager to learn
• Interest in technical sales and the life‑science industry

• $55,000–$65,000 annual base salary
• Performance‑based bonus
