We are a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales agency that offers “done for you sales” services to clients in the online education and consulting space.
Base Pay Range$55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Position OverviewThis role focuses on outbound dialing to warm leads and inbound call qualification. You will generate interest, set qualified sales appointments, and support closers to drive revenue.
Responsibilities- Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and closers.
- Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit.
- Increase product knowledge by consuming sales training materials.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and review call game tape.
- Engage in question‑led discovery to identify challenges, pain points, and create urgency for offers.
- Build relationships with leads using a consultative approach.
- Ensure leads consume pre‑call materials before the closer call.
- Meet or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
- Adhere to CRM best practices for tracking and managing activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Display WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- 6 months of experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high ticket or consultative sales.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent people skills and rapport building.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Know you were born to be a top producer or top earner.
- Have experience in phone/Zoom sales.
- Are a competitive individual that understands sales is a numbers game.
- Want to advance your sales career but don’t have tons of experience as a closer yet.
- Are hungry with tenacity and not afraid of high output dialing.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to every room you’re in.
- Are a strategic individual and thoroughly enjoy the sales process.
- Are extremely coachable and disciplined.
- Can learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced sales environment.
