We are a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales agency that offers “done for you sales” services to clients in the online education and consulting space.

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr

Position Overview

This role focuses on outbound dialing to warm leads and inbound call qualification. You will generate interest, set qualified sales appointments, and support closers to drive revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and closers.
  • Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit.
  • Increase product knowledge by consuming sales training materials.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and review call game tape.
  • Engage in question‑led discovery to identify challenges, pain points, and create urgency for offers.
  • Build relationships with leads using a consultative approach.
  • Ensure leads consume pre‑call materials before the closer call.
  • Meet or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices for tracking and managing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Display WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high ticket or consultative sales.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent people skills and rapport building.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
