• Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders for Medtronic spinal and biologics products
• Maintain consignment and loaner inventory, ensuring proper management between accounts
• Provide field service and case coverage tailored to customer needs
• Prepare and submit fieldjär visits reports as required by the District Sales Manager
• Aggressively pursue new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 50% of the timeดิต
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly

• Experience in orthopedics, spine, or operating room settings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
