Remote Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Spanish

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Understand the State Farm Agency model and market area operations

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Prior insurance experience with State Farm or a related insurance field
• Active Arizona Property and Casualty license
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task and effectively relate to customers

• Insurance Sales Experience, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
