  English/Spanish bilingual associates receive additional base compensation.

• Licensed Life and Health Insurance Professionals (active license in your resident state).
• Customer-focused individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Minimum education requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent.

• Screening:
  Connect one‑on‑one with a Colonial Penn Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Final Interview:
  Participate in a video interview with Colonial Penn Supervisor(s).
