Sales Executive - Upgrades & Aftermarket, Southeast Region

• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute regional sales plans for packaging product lines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales potential
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide detailed customer requirements for timely proposals
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
• Stay informed about market trends and product changes to provide critical insights for strategic decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a two-year post-high school diploma/certificate with a minimum of 3 or 7 years of relevant experience, respectively
• Proven experience in capital equipment manufacturing within the packaging industry
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Broad knowledge of automation applications and ability to read blueprints
• Willingness to travel extensively (80%)

• Experience with upgrades and aftermarket sales in the packaging industry
• Proven ability to sell at the highest levels of Fortune 500 companies
