CMS Inc. is looking for a Technical Sales Representative with a few years of experience, thrilled by the unique challenge of developing a growing business while remaining hands‑on with advanced inspection technologies.

CMS Group is a leading manufacturer of Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Non‑Destructive Testing equipment (NDT). The group includes:

  • Controle Mesure Systemes (French HQ)
  • Sofratest (France)
  • CMS Inc. (U.S. division)

We offer high‑performance quality control solutions to heavy industrial markets worldwide, including Energy, Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Metal & Steel manufacturing.

Our systems are used to inspect tubes, wires, bars, strips, or custom parts, performing surface and core defect detection, highly accurate dimensional measurements, or material analysis.

The U.S. subsidiary CMS Inc. was created in 2021, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual eager to play a major role in the development of the company, working directly under the General Manager.

This is a hybrid sales and technical role: you will be responsible not only for developing and closing sales, but also for supporting customers through installation, training, and after‑sales service.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as CMS Inc.’s brand ambassador in the U.S., developing strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Manage and grow an active sales pipeline.
  • Travel regularly to visit existing and potential customers.
  • Attend, organize and exhibit at industrial trade shows.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
  • Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, training, and basic service support.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor of science or engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience and interest in the Manufacturing, Industrial and Metal industries.
  • Experience and interest in technical or industrial sales.
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering is a strong plus.
  • Self‑starter with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Comfortable traveling and engaging directly with customers & prospects.
  • Eager to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
  • Valid driver’s license.
