• Achieve North America revenue goals and targets for the Cellular Workflow Automation product platform in the assigned territory.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to‑date customer database in
• Generate accurate monthly forecasting for the assigned territory.
• Perform lead generation activities including but not limited to eblasts, seminars, work days with business partners.
• Attend and participate in regional and local product shows as a brand ambassador for Molecular Devices.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of capital equipment sales experience selling into the life science industry.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% under certain circumstances.
• Knowledge of cell line development, cell culture and automation technology is the ideal candidate we need for this role.
• Track record of successful Capital Equipment sales/customer facing experience.

• Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, within the territory or locations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Knowledge of Cellular imaging technology.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, , CRM Database.

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $126,500. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $205,000 – $230,000 annually.
