What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales objectives for the Drug Discovery segment and region by leveraging market knowledge and customer insights
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies for the team while sharing insights with peers
  • Support the sales director in planning and executing sales strategies and communications
  • Train, develop, and mentor sales representatives, sharing best practices with the Commercial Team
  • Oversee key account management and contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in drug discovery and cell & gene therapy
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing global sales teams
  • High proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
