This is a full-time hybrid role based in Milpitas, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales Advocate, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering excellent service throughout the real estate process. You will focus on generating leads, managing sales activities, providing training materials or workshops for clients, and maintaining knowledge of market trends.
Collaboration with the team and adherence to best practices will ensure success in helping clients navigate their real estate goals.
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to establish trust and build relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Proven Sales abilities to manage and close transactions while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to inspire and guide clients and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Silicon Valley is a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and tools to manage sales activities and client interactions.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote work productivity.
- Relevant professional certifications or licensure in real estate are preferred.
