What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage with customers to address needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory
  • Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop strategic plans
  • Build and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their practice structures
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience by effectively communicating with the oncology team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required, including 10-15% overnight travel
  • Knowledge of cancer staging, treatment options, and the workings of multidisciplinary care teams
  • Ability to reside within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience selling oncology therapeutics
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
  • Experience in professional marketing within the healthcare industry
