- Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong capability to maintain focus in a distraction‑free environment
- High‑speed broadband cable internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
- Experience in inbound sales within the insurance sector
- Familiarity with customer service best practices in a sales context
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
